ReStore Social Media and Marketing Intern
Position Summary
The ReStore Social Media and Marketing Intern will assist the ReStore Director with planning, creating, and posting all social media content for the Alachua Habitat for Humanity ReStore Facebook and Instagram. Additionally, this intern will collaborate with the ReStore Director and ReStore employees to implement new and productive marketing plans to increase sales and reach within the community.
Responsibilities and Assignments
Create content for Facebook and Instagram through graphics and videos
Take and share photos of recently-donated or unique items on social media
Plan, update, and maintain a social media posting schedule
Assist with the promotion of ReStore specials and events
Required Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Facebook, and Instagram
Strong communication skills (visual, verbal, and written)
Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage several projects at one time
Ability and desire to work collaboratively with others to accomplish goals
